Keys to the City raffle House Rules:

• Raffle tickets (i.e., "Keys to the City") shall only be sold to persons 18 years of age or older
• Keys are priced at $100/each
• No more than 100 Keys will be sold
• Guaranteed 10 Keys will open the lock ("winning Keys")
• Keys will be assigned at random to the bidders who purchased Keys
• Each winning Key will win a random prize package
• Winners will be determined and the raffle will be conducted LIVE via Webex event technology (online event) at 7:00 p.m. EST on May 14, 2020
• Need not be present (online) to win
• Bidders will receive credentials (online link) to view live broadcast of raffle prior to CHM conducting the raffle
• Winners will be notified within 24 hours of the conclusion of the raffle, with instructions on how to redeem their prize
• Bidders may request a refund on or before 5:00 p.m. EST on May 14, 2020 by contacting ibenson@covenanthouse.org
