For one special night, Broadway’s biggest stars come together under the direction of lyricist and composer Neil Berg for an event like no other. We invite you to join Broadway’s best and Covenant House’s brightest as we celebrate the homeless young people who are now independent young adults, and those still trying to find their way.
Our youth will fill the evening with unbelievable talent and even more unbelievable stories of resilience, hope, and accomplishments. Each one of them serving as an important reminder of why A Night of Broadway Stars and your support are so important to our mission.
The evening will begin at 6:00 p.m. with cocktails, hearty hors d’oeuvres and a raffle. The show begins at 7:45 p.m. and
is followed by a Meet the Stars dessert reception. This exciting event will be held at the historic Gem and Century Theatres.
Built in 1903, the beautiful Gem is located in the heart of downtown, next to the Detroit Athletic Club.
Covenant House Michigan is a sanctuary for young people who have nowhere to go. Kids who come to our doors have been abused and neglected, have slept on friends' couches or in abandoned buildings. These kids have been forgotten by those who are supposed to care about them the most.
When they come through our gates, they become part of a family. Our staff, volunteers and donors carry out our mission based on faith and the belief that all of God's children deserve unconditional love, respect and hope.
Help us paint a picture of hope for our kids. Over 90% of every donation goes directly to programs for our kids.
